STATISTICS general subroutines

The following general subroutines belong to the category STATISTICS:
``Calculation of moments, averages etc.'' In parentheses the name of the source file is given.

MOMS: Given an data array, return (depending on mode) sum, mean, variance, standard deviation, absolute deviation, skewness, kurtosis or median. (moms.c)
