Task: atrtfix
Purpose: Correct for misbehaving round trip system
Categories: uv analysis

        ATRTFIX corrects data for errors in the round trip phase measurement.
        This is only needed when the round trip measurement malfunctions.

Key: vis
        The input visibility file to correct. No default.

Key: out
        The output corrected file. No default.

Key: rtphase
        A text file containing the round trip phase measurements.
        No default.

Key: options
        Extra processing options.
          glitch  Only modify the phase to account for glitches (not
                  the gradual variation).

Key: offset
        Offset, in seconds, between the recorded values and the data
