This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

Reminder concerning the 64-bit proposals: the voting deadline for the
regional committees has been set for Sep/16 to allow a couple of weeks
for discussion before ADASS'05 which starts on Oct/02.
This allows a further month to consider the proposals - but please don't
leave it till the last minute!
