[atnf-data-reduction] livedata/gridzilla & Glish systems

For users of livedata, gridzilla, and/or Glish - including external
installations.

livedata/gridzilla now reside in /nfs/atapplic/livedata. Those who
use the system login scripts need do nothing, your .login.packages
will be updated automatically next time you log in. Others need to
do the following to use livedata/gridzilla:

  source /nfs/atapplic/livedata/init.csh

for tcsh or csh, or

  . /nfs/atapplic/livedata/init.sh

for bash, sh, etc.

livedata/gridzilla now use the separate Glish systems installed
in /nfs/atapplic/glish, now supported for linux (32-bit), linux64
(64-bit), darwin (x86), and sun4sol. If you want to use Glish
separately, add "+Glish" to your .login.packages, or, to do it the
long way, define GLISHROOT to point to /nfs/atapplic/glish and add
$GLISHROOT/<arch>/bin to your PATH, where <arch> is one of the
aforesaid systems.

You may notice that the Glishtk GUIs look a bit different, this is
due to changes in the latest version of Tk, 8.5.7, especially in
the use of anti-aliased fonts on Macs. The latest version of Tk is
also said to run 10% faster.

These changes also affect the livedata binary distributions. As
before, these systems are completely self-contained. However Glish
now installs into a separate directory. Upgrading is advised as
the old systems will not be supported, and there have been many
useful changes in the last 12 months. Installation is even simpler
than before, but please be sure to reread the revised instructions.
