[atnf-data-reduction] Miriad FITS WCS compliance (part 2)

Greetings to Miriad users,

As of mid-December last, Miriad has been able to handle the full gamut
of celestial projections as defined by the FITS WCS standard. This
includes FITS input and output and such coordinate computations as may
be performed by cgcurs, etc.

As before, this change is largely invisible to users. The inputs to
regrid have been generalised to support the additional WCS-related
parameters, including projection parameters and the infamous LONPOLE.
These parameters are now stored in the Miriad image header and will
be listed by prthd if present.

The next phase of this onoing project will be to support the FITS
spectral WCS standard.

Note to programmers. The days of each Miriad task maintaining its own
list of header parameters for use in creating the output image are now
officially over. Use subroutine headcp, being a generalisation of the
old headcopy, to copy the header from the input image to the output
image and then use wrhdd and friends to change whatever needs changing.
Detailed instructions for using headcp are given in its prologue.
