Matching Tool

Hello Everyone,

This is a request for people to take a look at the matching tool and to
provide comments or suggestions. The tool can be found here :

http://gust.hpcu.uq.edu.au:40080/login.php

The idea of the tool is that it should allow the reproduction (to some
extent) of the machine learning papers that we have produced. There is
also a nearest join system. At present the following catalogues are
included NVSS, ROSAT(faint), HIPASS, SUMSS, 2dF (100k release), 2QZ and
first. There is also the subset of SuperCOSMOS that we used in the
papers - although this can only be matched with hipass. All catalogues
are imported from VOTables mostly from Vizier.

The tool is located on a cluster located at UQ. It is designed to be able
to handle large datasets, (although currently only has relatively small
catalogues). It runs off a MySQL Database. The CSIRO ICT Algorithm is
used in order to install the catalogues, but it is not used 'on the fly'.

I would like to wrap up work on this shortly after easter, so if anybody
who would like to comment could do so within the next two weeks that would
be fantastic (i.e. by 31 March).

Thanks for any feedback!
David
