This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

    Carole,
    I assume the logic for wording requirements like "shall be
    compatible with the Dish Array requirements" is to make this
    document easy to maintain, since the actual numbers and figures of
    merit are contained in other documents. However, this specification
    would be more directly useful to researchers if it included the
    numbers. Is this possible?
