Date: Thu, 17 May 2012 16:32:38 +1000

Dear PAFSKA'er's

You may be aware that the next International Conference on Electromagnetics in Advanced Applications (ICEAA) will be held in Cape Town, South Africa on September 2-8, 2012. This meeting will be coupled with the IEEE-APS Topical Conference on Antennas and Propagation in Wireless Communications (IEEE APWC). The meeting webs site is http://www.iceaa-offshore.org/

In consultation with the conference organisers, we (CSIRO) are convening an additional day workshop on " "PAF developments towards SKA" on Friday 7 September - the conference day reserved for (mainly) for short courses. This PAF workshop will complement the ICEAA-APWC special session on "Imaging Arrays for Radio Astronomy and Other applications" convened by Marianna Ivashina, Karl Warnick and Rob Maaskant.

We would welcome your participation at this workshop; please let me know if you are planning to attend ICEAA and will also join, and/or would like to contribute to this PAF workshop. I will send updates nearer the time as contributions and venue etc are confirmed.

We look forward to discussions at this meeting or elsewhere.

Best regards

Carole
