2. If requested, sign in with your NEXUS or PARTNERS username and password
    - Accept any security warnings you receive and wait for the Meeting Console to initialise
3. Click on the phone icon located in the top right hand corner of the Meeting Console (the window with the red door icon)
4. Click on "Connect Me" and enter your phone number (including area code and no spaces)
5. Click on "Connect Me" again and MeetingPlace will now call you - so ensure your phone isnt engaged or diverted.
6. Follow the voice prompts on the phone. If asked to use the Pound Key, use "#"
