Hi Jim,

I'd advocate starting the session about 24 hours before we get the Tid
time, to make sure that we avoid last minute problems at other
telescopes at startup (or at least have time to fix them) and loss of time
while we have the Tid antennas. The Tid time is too precious. I think we
benefited from a bit of setup time during this session to perform
fringe-checks etc.
