vt002b1 schedule name & Hobart ready

Hi Chris, Craig,
Hobart is ready for vt002b1 & v131au. We have coherence at
8425 MHz and swarm has the latest vsib_record and appears to be working
correctly. I've downloaded vt002b1.skd from the ATNF site, however, I had
to rename it to vt002b.skd to get drudg to accept the name (limit is 6
characters everyone). Clair will be looking after Hobart tonight.

Giuseppe - I've drudged the schedule for ceduna, but because of the rename
the snap file is called vt002bcd.snp (hobart snap file is vt002bho.snp)

Regards

Simon
