It's easy enough to change but how does everyone else feel about this?
How important is a one page summary of the session to observers
(including polarisation)?

It's easy to transfer the text version of the one-page summary to the
Wiki. That way anyone can change it. In fact I've just done this so
please let me know if you find it useful.
