Officer-in-Charge, Narrabri

I have pleasure in announcing that Dr Phillip Edwards been offered,
and has accepted, the position of OIC at Narrabri.

Phil is currently an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Space
and Astronautical Science (ISAS) in Japan. He holds a PhD from the
University of Adelaide in high-energy astrophysics and has had
extensive experience in radioastronomy, with particular expertise in
VLBI.

Phil has indicated he will start at Narrabri around late April.
