v193a/v195a

Hi all,

I have updated the wiki for v193a and v195a (and their fringe test
experiments vt02f7 and vt02f8). The recorder setup notes were wrong, so
any keen observers please re-read the wiki and remove any printed copies!

Note:

v193a is disk based and will use ~ 1.5 TB of disks. Please make sure you
have enough free disk space well before the start of the experiment. VSIC
needs to be connected directly to the DAS.

v195a will record on disk and S2 tape. As such it needs to be setup the
same as the fringe test experiments (but do not delete the data!). This
will use 165 GB of disk space.

v193a and v195a central frequency is different by a few MHz.

Cheers
Chris
