Hi all,

I have sent a new (tested!) BG2 cable to all (Australian...)
observatories. Please use this in place of the original BG2 cable which
has started failing at most observatories. With any luck the new cable
will be less prone to "1pss slips".

I was not able to test the cable for modes which use the S2 "a" modes (ie
dual pol 16 MHz experiments). It should be OK but probably should be
tested at the observatories.
