This loads a font easier to read for people with dyslexia.
This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

Hi Jim,

Your document seems sensible and well thought out. It would seem to be a
bit of extra work to fit in with the JPL scheduling regime, but probably
well worth it if it can get us longer allocations during the VLBI
sessions.

I like the idea of knowing well in advance the dates of sessions and the
Tid allocation. This will greatly help planning and scheduling, and the
allocation of disk resources.
