Hi Jim,
Overall I have no problems with those dates. Below are some comments:

I thought we were going for 1-2 weeks earlier than this for a few
reasons:
1. Parkes maintenance in November
2. Space the sessions out as much as possible
3. Too close to Xmas to allow for correlation and turn around of disks.
4. It is getting late to have the ATUC mtg + VLBI workshop /info day
BUT if John and Phil prefer these dates we can get around the rest.
