Please note:

Hobart and Tid should only record Lcp

The vex schedule has been setup to incorporate the fringe test. Please make
sure you record this separately, preferably to a different disk.

Of particular importance is some changes made to vsib_record. These don't
affect the user but change how time encoding is done and force start times
to a "round" time. Please check regularly that the filenames being
recorded look sensible etc.
