I promised to send this list out for comments, so here it is. Please
send comments by 24 May.
I'll revise the list after your comments and circulate it.
The last action item is to circulate this list every 2 months, with
commentary on progress.

May 15 ATNF announcement.

ACTION 4: (Jim, Steven, Oleg, John Dickey) - Clarify arrangements for
RadioAstronomy worth in AuScope
