Recording lost time

Hi,
Could everyone please make sure that you record any time lost
during LBA experiments in the PCFS log in the form of a comment.
Please record the total amount of time lost (estimate to the nearest
minute or so) and the reason for the lost time - wind, power failure
etc. There is no need to make note of lost time during the fringe
check experiments VC*, but there is for all other experiments.
