This loads a font easier to read for people with dyslexia.
This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

I assume this was intended for UTAS observers???

ATNF does not use the pcfs at all.

Also please (including UTAS) make sure time lost is also added to the
experiment wiki, not just the pcfs.
