Dear All,

There has been support to reinvigorate our VLBI telecons.

I propose that we have the first one on Wednesday 29th November at
12pm Perth time (2pm on the east coast and 4pm in New Zealand). If
people are happy with this, Chris will arrange a CSIRO telecon line.
Here are some items for the agenda. Other suggestions welcome. We
will try to limit the telecons to 1 - 1.5 hrs, so some items may carry
over to the next telecon.
