The agenda for next week's eVLBI, networking and LBA operations
meeting can be downloaded from:

Note that the eVLBI/VLBI/general networking meetings on Tuesday, the
technical networking meeting on Wednesday morning, and the LBA
Operations meeting on Thursday are open to everyone. If you would like
to attend any or all of these sessions and have not already responded,
please confirm your attendance by return email as soon as possible.

The meetings will be held in Brodie Hall Building 610, Technology
Park, Bentley. A visitors carpark is located off Turner Ave.

On Tuesday and Thursday, the sessions will be held in the
videoconference room at the eastern end of the building.
More information will be sent out shortly for those wishing to join by
video- or teleconference.

The networking meeting on Wednesday morning will be held in the board
room, which is near the main foyer of the building.
The meeting rooms will be signposted.

Also, for non-locals, please let us know if you need any last-minute
assistance with accommodation or transport arrangements.

Finally, after the meeting on Tuesday it is planned to have dinner at
a local restaurant - probably Vu's Vietnamese Restaurant in South
Perth (although we are open to other suggestions). Please let us know
if you would like to join the dinner.
