Change in LBA schedule

Hi,

The LBA block as currently scheduled ends with a ToO observation of Cir X-1, currently in a flaring state every ~16 days.
This is scheduled as vc123/vx016b from 02:00 UT to 16:00 UT on Monday 26 July.
The original proposal claimed July 26 would be the flaring phase of the binary orbit, so it was carefully scheduled on that day.
More recent advice is that July 26 is likely to be too early, and a July 28 obs would give a better chance of catching a flare.

We will therefore end the LBA run at 02UT (although Parkes and ATCA will be used for tests until 06UT), and
will move vc123/vx016b to Wednesday 28th. The run will stay at 8.4GHz, and so will not include Parkes, which will
have had a receiver change on the Tuesday.

So the revised schedule is
vc123 At-Cd-Ho-Mp 208/0200 -- 208/0300UT
vx016b At-Cd-Ho-Mp 208/0300 -- 208/1500UT.

Cheers,
phil
