This loads a font easier to read for people with dyslexia.
This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

I'll have a look through the document and will probably have some comments on potential impacts on the 6.7 GHz parallax project. Today is internal ARC deadline though, so it won't be until tomorrow morning.
