Thanks for this -- Chris had also noticed I'd overlooked the RadioAstron fringe checks!

There's now v1.3 on the web which corrects the vc... numbering.

I missed it earlier but in searching for VEX file examples for John Gipson, I
noticed that we have already had a fringe test vc176 before the RadioAstron
experiments earlier this year so you need to renumber the fringe tests.
