This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

Further to my message below, fringe test schedules are now also in place,
as per
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/vlbi/wiki/index.php?n=Main.LBAApr2013

'a' suffix was used for L-band fringe checks, 'b' for C-band fringe checks.
(ATCA is scheduled in both.)

I also ran the scripts "vex2atnf" (which does things for ATCA and ASKAP in
this case) and "copysched" for all schedules - which transfers all the
schedules to most stations (sorry for the stations that had already done
this themselves.)
