This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

I would say leave AGC and thresholds running as normal. Otherwise it will
become even more difficult to manage the difference in levels between the
target and the cals.

In any case the ToO proposal appears to discount the possibility of a
pulsed signal being detectable at this frequency so I assume there'd be no
interest in disabling these loops.
