Two issues have been raised with the IVTW web pages and I will pass them on:
The mistyped link ivtw2013.kasai.kr should be http://ivtw2013.kasi.re.kr which
redirects to http://ivtw2013.wikidot.com
More importantly it is reported that flights to Jeju via Seoul are booking
up, so do not delay in making your travel arrangements. Alternatively the
adventurous can always come down by train and ferry. See
