This renders the document in high contrast mode.
This renders the document as white on black
This can help those with trouble processing rapid screen movements.

apologies for the repeated change, but more modifications were needed
for Hobart. I have redistributed the schedule, now PI revision 3.0

(the changes should affect only Hobart, but best to all be on the same
version just in case).
