Dear LBA observers,

in order to improve feedback from the correlator, we are proposing to
copy observatories on the PI letters we send when data are released. The
purpose is two-fold:

1) let it be known that an experiment has been released, and the copy of
the baseband data held at the observatories can be deleted. (This
information is already available from the correlator spreadsheet.)

2) the PI letters often contain comments on antenna performance which
may be useful for observatory staff. (In the past this information was
usually sent to observatories separately, but in an ad hoc manner.)

I propose the following default list of recipients for the PI letters:

Chris Phillips,
Jamie McCallum,
Jamie Stevens,
Stuart Weston,
Jon Quick,
Cormac Reynolds,
Hayley Bignall

If you would like to add anyone (or remove yourself) from the list,
please let me know.
