TO ATTEND THE WEB CONFERENCE AND THEN JOIN WITH AUDIO (FOR CSIRO PERSONNEL LOGGED ONTO THE CSIRO NETWORK):
1. Go to:

2. If requested, sign in with your NEXUS username and password and wait for the Meeting Console to initialise
3. Click on the phone icon located in the top right hand corner of the Meeting Console (the window with the red door icon)
4. Click on "Connect Me" and enter your phone number (including area code and no spaces)
5. Click on "Connect Me" again and MeetingPlace will now call you - so ensure your phone is not engaged or diverted.
6. Follow the voice prompts on the phone.

TO ATTEND THE WEB CONFERENCE AND THEN JOIN WITH AUDIO (FOR PERSONNEL EXTERNAL TO THE CSIRO NETWORK):
1. Go to:

2. Launch the MeetingPlace console by entering your name in the My name Is field and press Attend Meeting
3. Dial one of the Audio numbers listed below and follow the prompts to join the meeting (The meeting Id is 7790).
