Lifetime achievement award to ATNF's Dr Dick Manchester

Dr Dick Manchester was presented with a CSIRO Lifetime Achievement Award at the CSIRO Medals ceremony on 21 November 2007.
The award recognises his 40 years of research on pulsars, the citation highlighting his leadership of pulsar surveys, the 2003 discovery of the double-pulsar system, and the Parkes Pulsar Timing Array.
