Abstract

We propose a new technique for mapping the large scale structure using the collective HI emission from many galaxies, without the need to resolve individual galaxies. We present preliminary detections of this effect with Parkes and GBT at redshifts up to z = 1, and describe plans to extend this approach to rapidly map large volumes of the universe. If successful, this could lead to measurements of Baryon Acoustic Oscillations at a range of redshifts.
