OPAL version 2 now available

OPAL version 2.1 is now available. This version includes several upgrades for proposers. For full information please see the OPAL Users Guide at the link below.

The OPAL Users Guide now includes recommendations from the ATNF Time Assignment Committee on writing good proposals.
