The ATNF can schedule PTI time on the 70m antenna at Tidbinbilla only for the 108 hour per year 70m time guaranteed under NASA-CSIRO agreements. However, the VLBI scheduler can negotiate for additional Tidbinbilla time, usually on a 34m antenna.
