Fish-Eye Sky
by Logan Campbell (Ku-Ring-Gai High School)
A snapshot from the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA) Sky Camera, giving a view of the sky to judge the weather conditions. ATCA operates from 1.1 to 105 GHz. While low frequency observations can be done in all weather condistions (apart from high wind), 3-mm observations require clear skies (ie excellent seeing).
