ATCA Results
HIPASS J1526-51 is a dwarf galaxy in the Zone of
Avoidance; no optical counterpart has been identified due to the high
optical extinction (AB = 2.726 mag) and high stellar density.
(Type = ?, optical diameter = ?, Dh75 = 5.8 Mpc).
