The ASKAP Survey Science Teams (SSTs) are now 1 year into their Design Study phase. A significant body of work is being carried out in simulations, source finding, survey strategy, hardware development, cataloguing and archiving under the auspices of the ASKAP Working Groups. We have decided to end 2010 by holding a 3-day meeting in lieu of the normal meeting of the Principal Investigators and the 6 ASKAP Working Group meetings which would have taken place during the first week of December. The aims of the meeting are

1. To update a wider audience on the status of ASKAP
2. To have face-to-face discussion groups to facilitate the cross Survey Science Project linkages.
3. Planning the next steps in the Design Study phase.

In order to get maximum benefit from the meeting, we encourage as many people as possible from the SSTs to attend, and we expect that the PIs and the Working Group Chairs will attend the majority of the sessions.

Note: Telecon facilities will be NOT be available. We encourage as many people as possible to attend in person.
