RonFest 2016 will be held in the Millenium Hotel, Queenstown (13 - 15 September) and the Copthorne Hotel (16 September).
On Saturday 17 September there will will be the group excursion and conference dinner.

Travel to Queenstown

Queenstown Airport caters for domestic and international travellers via one terminal.

A taxi from the airport to the city centre would cost around NZD30.00

Accommodation Options

Participants need to book their own accommodation for this conference. There are two accommodation options available under block booking conference rates:

  • Millennium Hotel conference rate: NZD 185.00 for single or double room (other rates available for more than two people).
  • Copthorne Hotel conference rate: NZD 175.00 for single or double room (other rates available for more than two people)

How to book accommodation

  • Click on the Millennium Hotel conference landing page.
  • At the bottom right of the page, click on the icon 'BOOK NOW'.
  • Enter the Group Code 'IDRA16' in the relevant box.
  • Next to 'Destination' click on 'What's your city or hotel?'
  • Type in 'Queenstown' and the hotel options will come up.
  • Select hotel (if you want to then look at another hotel just delete the hotel name and type in 'Queenstown' again to show hotel options).
  • Select your accommodation dates (note: block booking rate will also be available for the night of 18 September for those who want to stay on in Queenstown for the weekend).
  • Click 'Search'.
  • Your room booking will come up.
  • Click 'Book Room'.
