Title: The Teeming Multitude of Galactic HI Clouds

Abstract: In the past few years new 21-cm observations have transformed our understanding of the structure of the neutral ISM. Previously, the very existence of discrete HI clouds in the Galaxy was viewed with skepticism and scorn (even by this author), but the new data show without doubt that such discrete structures abound in certain places in the Galaxy. In this talk I will review what we know about these clouds, their importance in our understanding of the ISM, and the many puzzles that they present.
