Title: A New HI View of the Southern Magellanic Stream
Abstract: A range of results from the ATCA + Parkes survey of the Magellanic Stream south of 0° declination will be presented. A statistical analysis performed on the entire Stream data set will be discussed as well as the discovery of a cool gas cloud in the interface region. The HI maps cover over 400 square degrees from −73° to 0° declination, and show structure on all scales down to the angular resolution limit of 7 arcmin.
