Altered recorder_server and recorder_health_checker to deal with the new
format coming from vsib_record when the filesize is longer than 10s. The
default now in recorder_server is to not enable rounded starts when
recording.

Adding new recorder_server_threads and cDisko2 with new functionality
and fewer bugs (in cDisko2 at least!). The recorder_health_checker now
correctly deals with the output coming from a threaded vsib_record.
