Quanta - unit conversions

This service offers a range of unit conversion functions incorporating a comprehensive list of units as defined in the AIPS++ Quanta module. It has been developed as part of the ATNF's Virtual Observatory work to demonstrate how pre-exising software (in this case AIPS++) can be published as web services.
