"[duchamp-user]" [Duchamp] Duchamp paper in press

G'day all,

I'm writing to let users of Duchamp know that MNRAS has recently accepted my paper on the source finder. The paper introduces key algorithms used by the software and provides some basic tests to indicate the relative effectiveness of different approaches.
Until the final version appears in print, you can obtain the preprint at http://arxiv.org/abs/1201.2710.
This paper should be considered the reference to use when citing Duchamp in your publications.

Additionally, I anticipate releasing a new version sometime in the next few months (subject to the demands of my ASKAP work), that will address some issues some of you have been in touch with me about.

Thanks for your interest in Duchamp and I hope it continues to be of use to you.
You are receiving this either via the duchamp-user exploder or because you've been in touch with me in the past about Duchamp. Please let me know if you don't want to receive these emails.

Happy finding,
Matt Whiting.
