LBA schedule update

Hi everyone,

As usual I missed a few things in the first draft of the schedule. A
revised version in now available from
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/vlbi/schedules/. You'll see the scheduling
pages have been rearranged a bit. Comments welcome.

Changes include:
      * Only one person spotted the obvious mistake. I had cut 24h off
the the end! (I owe Tasso a beer).
      * Experiments involving Hart moved to the second half of the week
(clash with IVS meeting). V185 and V156 were moved.
      * V183 added which will include Shanghai.
      * The detailed schedule now contains an estimate of S2 tape
requirements and the breakdown of V179/V181
      * Added another VT03 experiment at the end (fringe test with New
        Zealand).
Any final comments before I email the PIs (which will be tomorrow)? Any
requests for test experiments or fringe-finder searches that could fit
in the gaps?

Cheers,
Jim
