Subject: DSN Access Survey for SPS. R.S.V.P. 03 November 2005

All,

I took your names from my 2003/2004 files for NIS (lilypad) access, or
thought you might be interested in this information.

The NIS (lilypad) and other interfaces with the DSN will be migrating to a
different service (SPS) for all who either deposit or retrieve files to/from
the DSN. The attached questionnaire is for all who do either or both, and
will thus need new access.

Please do your best to fill out the form as completely as possible for the
type of access you use, i.e. placing VEX or other support files, retrieving
schedules, retrieving log files, etc. If you receive multiple copies of
this request, it will be coming from multiple sources. Our apologies for
the bother but we do want all of our users to have as a seamless a
transition as possible without missing anyone. That's a long was of saying
we'd rather bother you several times than miss your inputs. If I have
missed anyone, please let me know or share a copy of the survey with them
yourself.

If you no longer need or want access, please say so.

An R.S.V.P. before 03 November 2005 is requested.

Thank you!

p
