The SiO spectra displayed below all have been observed on the 10th of December 2000 with the one baseline (CA03-CA04: 31 m baseline, 1.5B array) 3mm prototype system of the Australia Telescope Compact Array . Here the bandwidth is 16 MHz divided into 512 channels. Typical integration times are a few minutes, but the strongest SiO masers are detected in 10 sec. No calibration has been applied.
