cccversion latest

 - s130130_215648.sf

   * Result: Last 7 subints are incorrect.

Now trying Warwick's new fix:

cccversion srchtst pdfb3

srchset 20 srch 20 - s130130_220433.sf

   * Result: BANDPASS table has gone
   * Still last 7 subints are wrong!

Same again, but with 120 seconds of data - s130130_220722.sf

Change time constant to 1 Don't do a srchset - s130130_221447.sf

   * Result --- still wrong - 7 incorrect subints

Change cycle time to 20 Do srchset Srch - s130130_222124.sf

   * Result: still have 7 bad subints -- but now have more subints in the file?

There should be 457.763 subints in the file. Normally have 484. Now have 502.

Change cycle time to 5 srch - s130130_222738.sf

   * Now have 474 subints
   * Still 7 bad subints

Try crazy setup

- 500us sample time - 2048 nsblk - 4 second observation - 5 second cycle time - s130130_223048.sf

   * Result: have 14 subints. 1-7 are good. Last seven are bad!

Even more crazy

- as above - 1 second cycle time - 2 second observation - s130130_223639.sf

   * Result: have 8 subints with last 7 wrong!

- Exactly the same, but with 2 poln - s130130_223826.sf

   * Result: have 10 subints with last 7 wrong.

- Exactly the same, but with 2 bit

- s130130_223931.sf

   * Result: have 3 subints all okay! :)
