Recommendations:
Some discussion on how to get the 4th bullet into the field system…. Should capture 2.5.4 for Bonn and USNO to capture state, at least? Then investigate zoom and verify. DiFX 2.6.3 is (testing aside) ready to go, go ahead and put changes into 2.6. Then test that with zoom Then work on the config fix.
How to fix this in the future. Obviously a set of test data. DiFXdiff should be run on captured data. (Do this at Bonn.) Synthetic data generation for testing. GPU program should provide us with some automated tests.
NA to get the short straw on timezone, ideally held before christmas
